60395 The remains of the base and 29 inches of the shaft of the medieval churchyard cross at Heckington are to the south of the church, opposite the porch. Restored early in the twentieth century. {1}{2}{3}{4} There is a full description in the revised scheduling document 22670. {5} A 14th century churchyard cross of limestone stands in the churchyard. It has three square steps supporting a tapering octagonal shaft.
