PROBABLE SECOND WORLD WAR SEARCHLIGHT BATTERY AND GUN EMPLACEMENT. {1} Earthworks of a gun emplacement have been noted in this field. They comprise two rings, one to the north, and the other to the south. The northern one was a gun ring, the function of the southern one is unknown. Nissan huts were known to have existed in the south west corner of the same field.
