'THE GRANGE' IS INDICATED ON 1:10560 OS MAP. HIS COULD BE THE SITE OF THE UNLOCATED MEDIEVAL GRANGE. IT NO LONGER EXISTS. {1}
Site of (The Grange), Normanby By Spital. Demolished 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. {2}
