PRN 52429 St Edith's Church, Coates is in the parish of Stow. It was well restored in 1883 to 1884. It retains Norman [1066 to 1200] and Perpendicular [1180 to about 1520] traces. The church was in normal use in 1963. {1}{2}{3}{4} The stained glass in this church, some of which is still in situ, dates variously to the 15th century, about 1470 to 1500 AD, and 1597 AD. {5} For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {6}
