Full Description

PRN 52115 A spread of building stone and material finds indicate the site of a Romano-British building. Further finds from the Roman site includes 2-4th century Romano-British greyware, a sherd of Samian, mortaria roofing and other tiles and fragments of lead pipe. {1}{2}{6} During a field walking survey a sherd of Roman pottery was recovered from around SK 938 813. {4}{5}
