POST MEDIEVAL FINDS FROM THE AREA OF THE ROMAN SITE INCLUDE A CLOTHING HOOK, SIX BUCKLES, A BRASS COIN WEIGHT, A SIGNET MATRIX WITH THE MONOGRAM 'HB', A LEAD STATUETTE OF A DAIRY MAID, A GROAT OF ELIZABETH I AND A SHILLING POSSIBLY OF WILLIAM III. REPORTED BY R.D.JONES IN 1988. {1}~, HTM 35M
