Full Description

ST PETER'S CHURCH LUSBY (PRN 42271) HAS NORMAN DOORWAYS, A 13TH CENTURY LANCET WINDOW IN THE CHANCEL, AND TRACES OF LATE SAXON WORK. THIS INCLUDES A TRIANGLE-HEADED NICHE IN THE REVEAL OF THE CHANCEL ARCH, A KEYHOLE WINDOW IN THE CHANCEL NORTH WALL, AND A LONG-AND-SHORT WORK QUOIN TO THE NAVE. PEVSNER DESCRIBES THE CHURCH AS 'OF GREAT INTEREST'. {1}{2}{3}, HTM 90M
