St Peter's Church, Lusby has traces of Saxon work (PRN 42709), Norman doorways and a 13th century lancet window in the chancel. {1}{2} A detailed list of architectural features which are pre Norman and those which are Norman and describes the church as 'of great interest'. {3} A parish church dating from the 11th century which underwent alterations in the 12th, 13th and 15th centuries, and was altered and reduced in about 1893 by Ewan Christian and in the early 20th century.
