A POSSIBLE ANGLO-SAXON BURIAL FOUND IN A CHALK PIT NEXT TO THE BLUE STONE HEATH ROAD AND CLOSE TO AN ANGLO-SAXON CEMETERY (1 MILE TO EAST). AN IRON KNIFE BLADE WAS ALSO FOUND. {1}{2}
