Full Description

Hogsbeck House, dated 1796 contains an 'extraordinary staircase...cantilevered with flying landings. There are also contemporary stables and a dovecote.' {1}{2} Hogsbeck House is a Grade II listed house, which is now divided into two houses. It was built in 1796 in red brick in the Flemish bond. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. {4}
