PRN 41849 An axe hammer or pebble mace head was found at Horncastle during 1954. It has an hourglass perforation and was thought to be of early Bronze Age date but it is now considered to be Mesolithic. It was found somewhere around Horncastle but the exact location is unknown. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}
