PRN 41807 A MEDIEVAL SALTERN SITE TO THE S OF ADDLETHORPE. {1} FINDS INCLUDED LARGE FRAGMENTS OF CRUDE MEDIEVAL POTTERY AND MANY ROUGH CLAY 'HAND LIFTERS'. A SMALL AREA OF PASTURE TO THE N OF THIS FIELD CONTAINS ARTIFICIAL HOLLOWS AND A SLIGHT MOUND. {2} A SINGLE PIECE OF MEDIEVAL POTTERY WAS FOUND IN FIELD 34 DURING THE WATCHING BRIEF ON THE BURGH LE MARSH TO INGOLDMELLS RISING MAIN. {3}{4}
