Full Description

The site of the 17th century house which was much enlarged in the 19th century and altered in 1900. There is a date stone of 1639 and a coat-of-arms of the Elye family who acquired the house in the 16th century(?). The original 17th century staircase has been retained. {1}{2} An early 18th century house which was extensively altered in about 1900.
