Full Description

The Manor House was built before 1673. It is plain and gabled and retains a 17th century staircase with heavy balusters and oak rails. {1} Oliver Cromwell is said to have slept here after the Battle of Winceby. {2} The Manor House (formerly listed as Old Manor House) is a Grade II Listed house, built in red brick in c.1673, with 19th century additions and alterations. {3}
