THE REMAINS OF THE 'ROUND HOUSE', CORBY GLEN. THE LOUTH FAMILY LIVER HERE. {1} Round House Farm is a Grade II Listed former folly which is now a partly ruined farmhouse. It was built in the late 18th century of coursed limestone rubble with a facetted pantile roof and a central stone stack. The building was constructed in an octagonal plan and is a single storey with attics. {2} Site of (Round House Farm), Corby Glen. Demolished 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. Additional, prominent detached elements to the main plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. {3}
