Full Description

A scatter of 3 definite and 18 probable Iron Age pottery sherds were found in 1979, during field walking on land to the south of Ropsley. The sherds were concentrated on a north facing slope of a narrow valley, adjacent to a small stream, in the general area of a dark soilmark. {1}
