Full Description
CASTLE FARM IS DESCRIBED AS SEVENTEENTH CENTURY, ONE RROM HAS SEVENTEENTH CENTURY PANELLING AND A MOULDED STONE FIREPLACE. {1}{2}
Castle Farm House is a Grade II* listed farmhouse. The building was constructed of coursed limestone rubble in c.1600 and underwent alterations in the 17th, 19th and 20th century alterations. {3}
Castle Farm, Swayfield. 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. The farmhouse is the only surviving historic structure. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {4}
