CROPMARKS OF 3 OVOID AND SUB-RECTANGULAR ENCLOSURES WITH EVIDENCE OF INTERNAL FEATURES, SUB-DIVISIONS AND PITS, ALSO PARTS OF 2 OTHER CURVILINEAR FEATURES POSSIBLY ALSO ENCLOSURES TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE MORE PROMINANT CROPMARKS; SEEN ON APs FROM THE 1950s ONWARDS. POSSIBLY PREHISTORIC SETTLEMENT REMAINS? THOUGH PROXIMITY TO AN EARLY BRONZE AGE BARROW CEMETERY (PRN 33508) AND A PREHISTORIC PIT ALIGNMENT (PRN 34258) MAY SUGGEST A RELIGIOUS OR RITUAL FUNCTION. MAPPED BY RCHM IN 1960 IN 'A MATTER OF TIME'. {2}{4}{5}{6} TO THE EAST OF TALLINGTON FIVE IRREGULAR ROUNDED ENCLOSURES WITH MANY PITS IN AND AROUND THEM MAY INDICATE IRON AGE SETTLEMENTS. {1}{3}~, HTM 14M
