A CONCENTRATION OF POTTERY, ANIMAL BONE, QUERN FRAGMENTS AND BURNT STONE WAS IDENTIFIED, UNUSUALLY SITED ON AN EXTINCT COURSE OF THE RIVER GLEN. THE SITE OCCURS ON THE PEAT ADJACENT TO A SAND/GRAVEL ISLAND. {1}
