A ROMANO BRITISH SETTLEMENT SITE IDENTIFIED FROM FINDS OF POTTERY, 4 QUERN FRAGMENTS, A CLAY BALL AND 29 ANIMAL BONES AND SITUATED WITHIN A DARK SOIL STAIN. THE SITE IS CENTRED ON A LOW PATCH OF SILTY CLAY WITHIN AN EXTENSIVE HIGH AND GENERALLY ARCHAEOLOGICALLY BARREN SILT. {1}, AREA 0.18H, HTM 3M
