PRN 34056
A DIFFUSE SCATTER WHICH IS THIN RELATIVE TO ITS LENGTH BUT THERE IS NO SOILMARK. POSSIBLE EDGE OF SITE IS BURIED UNDER TOWNGATE OUTGANG. AS WELL AS ROMAN POTTERY THERE WAS SOME RUBBLE, SPARSE BONE AND 1 FLINT. {1}, AREA 0.44H, HTM 4.5M
During a fieldwalking survey, three sherds of mid-2nd to late 3rd century pottery and one tegula fragment were recovered.{2}{3}
