ROMANO-BRITISH COARSE WARE FROM POSSIBLE VILLA SITE. ROMAN BOX TILE, FRAGMENTS OF TESSERAE. SITE ALLEGEDLY VISITED BY BOURNE WEA GROUP IN MID 1970s, NOTHING ROMANO-BRITISH FOUND. CROPMARKS OF STRUCTURES VISIBLE ON AP OF 1966 BY KESTEVEN AIR PHOTOGRAPHS. REGULAR RECTILINEAR BUILDINGS AROUND ?3 SIDES OF A RECTANGULAR COURTYARD - HIGHLY SUGGESTIVE OF A VILLA COMPLEX. {1}~
