Full Description

32952 Large Iron Age saltern site about 70m in diameter and raised at centre by about 1m. Large quantity of Iron Age saltern material and 6 sherds Iron Age domestic pot. {1}{2} The site was revisited in November 1973, and the area had been reduced in height to 0.75m OD. 15 more sherds, including rims of possibly Iron Age date. One has decoration. {3} TF 1275 2720 Briquetage only, visability very poor due to long cereal. {4}
