Full Description

C15-C16 pitcher discovered in old drainage ditch. To be kept in the church. Seen by F.T.B. 23rd June 1950. Label on the pot in the church says it was found in making new burial ground. {1} One piece of quern & a selection of Medieval pottery recorded from SW of church. {2} Various collections of medieval pottery from around the church by various people SLAU reports finds by P Addyman & Billingboro' WEA. {2} Further finds E of the church, 1978. {2} TF107327 reports of med floor tiles. {2} Med pottery & possible chimney frag reported from W of church 197.{2} Collection of finds immed W of churchyard wall, pottery,lead & iron buckle. In Lincoln Mus. {3}{4}
