Full Description

At SK 954 425, from the ploughed field north and east of Honington Camp, 28 flints (including 7 scrapers) and 4 waste flints (including 3 fire-cracked ones) were recovered. There was also a rim sherd of Iron Age 'A' pottery.{1}{2} At SK 953 425, a Neolithic edge scraper with a white patina 2.5inches long, 0.75inches wide and 0.5inches thick was found in 1963. {3} At SK 955 423A, an unfinished scraper 1.5inches long, was found in the field next to the camp.{4} At SK 953 424, scrapers and other worked flints were found in the field to the north and west of the camp.{5}
