Full Description
A badly damaged building located immediately outside line of Roman wall. close to the corner tower. 2 mortar floors. Pottery dates to 1300 at latest Overlain by rubbble collapse. To the north of the building below the dovecote lay 13th to 14th century occupation deposit. Beneath this was flight of 4 steps lying east to west. {1}
