Full Description

Three steps and the base of a cross, to which a modern shaft and cross have been added. The base is 10ft 2" square. {1}{2} The 19th century replacement of shaft and cross-head was designed by Edward Trollope. There is a full description in the revised scheduling document 22629. {4} The cross base and shaft at The Green, Fulbeck, is 14th century with 19th century additions. The three steps and square base of the cross appear to be original, as does the lowest section of the octagonal shaft. The moulded cornice and cross in fleury were added in the 19th century.
