Full Description
A bronze coin, probably of Valentinian I (364-75). It was very worn, and was found on the south side of Claypole school in 1968. {1}{2}
A second Roman coin was also found in a garden at School Lane, in 1971. It was of Constantine I, and was supposedly in Newark Museum, but was not seen there in 1976. {3}
