Full Description

In the churchyard is the base and part of the shaft (i.e. 2 sections joined together with iron hoops). There is a full description in the revised scheduling document 22656. {1}{2} The cross is believed to date to the 16th century, with the shaft and small fragment of base being of limestone. The shaft is rectangular with chamfered corners, and is held together with 18th or 19th century iron pins.
