Full Description
A Norman to Perpendicular church largely restored between 1902 and 1903. The church was known for some time as the Church of All Saints, but reverted back to its pre-reformation dedication of St Swithun in about 1939. {1}{2}{3}{4}
Stained glass in this church, some of which is in situ, dates to the mid-14th century. {5}
Parish church dating to the early 13th century, with 14th, 15th and 19th century alterations. Largely restored between 1902 and 1903. Built of limestone ashlar and coursed rubble with some rendering, and featuring slate roofs. The west tower is of 3 stages, with the lower stage of early 13th century and the upper stage of 15th century date.
