Full Description
A long oblong pit of Iron Age date was identified during an archaeological excavation in 2017. 13 sherds of pottery from the same Late Iron Age shell-tempered jar were recovered from the fill of this pit, as was a (presumably residual) Neolithic flint blade. {1}{2}
