Full Description
Two former brickearth extraction pits, visible on LIDAR imagery, on land to the southwest of Mill House Farm, Hainton. The earthworks now lie within a tree plantation called the 'Old Brickyard Plantation'. The plantation is depicted with that name on the 1st Edition 25" Ordnance Survey map, suggesting the pits may have an earlier post-Medieval origin. {1}{2}
