Full Description
Memorial dedicated to all those who served at the nearby RAF Sutton Bridge (see MLI20490). The memorial takes the form of a brick cairn, surmounted by a single, upright aircraft propeller. The plaque on the front carries the inscription 'This memorial is dedicated to all members of the Royal Air Force of all nationalities who served at RAF Sutton Bridge from 1926 to1958. Erected 1st September 1993.' {1}{2}
