Full Description

A curvilinear ditch of possible 9th-11th century identified on land to the west of Peterborough Road, Langtoft, during an archaeological excavation in December 1998-January 1999. A single sherd of Stamford ware was recovered from the fill of this feature; this may have been residual as no other features or finds of this date were encountered on the site. {1}{2}
