Full Description

A copper alloy crotal bell dating to the 16th-17th century recovered from land at Milestone Lane, Pinchbeck. One-piece cast crotal bell with a sunburst design on both hemispheres. Maker's mark in the form of a bell-founders hammer in a shield in the centre of the lower hemisphere. {1}{2}
