Full Description

Farming compound forming an E-shape plan around two south-facing crewyards. The West Range is a single storey yellow brick building under a pitched gabled pantile roof, and two string courses below the eaves. The east elevation is open in a wide arched colonnade, which has columns of red and yellow brick with bullnose brick corners. To the north of the West Range is a small single storey outbuilding in yellow brick, in ruinous condition. The Central Range is similar in form to the West Range, and is open to the west crewyard. A modern breeze block extension enclosed the colonnade. Breeze block half walls separate the interior into animal stalls. The East Range is also of single storey yellow brick with the string courses at eaves height, but is in ruinous condition with no roof. It is internally divided into seven smaller cells. The North Range comprises a two storey barn building and a smaller single storey building with a three-arch colonnade on the north elevation. The compound dates to the 19th century. {1}{2}
