Full Description

Former schoolmaster's house. Two storey building with walls of dressed stone, under a pitched gabled slate roof. Dressed ashlar window surrounds and quoins. One large lateral stack. {1} Built in 1868 as a house for the teacher of the adjacent school (MLI126690). Now in use as a private residence. {2} The house can be seen on the 1905 OS map of Tallington. {3}
