Full Description

Finds of Bronze Age implements from the Boston area, including three barbed and tanged arrowheads which, from the patination, have almost certainly come from the peat. These are in the City and County Museum, Lincoln. A looped palstave which was found in Boston harbour is now in the Kings Lynn Museum. A bronze 'dagger blade' apparently a rapier which was presented to the British Museum by the Revd S.B. Turner in 1852 is not now traceable. A looped and socketed axe is in the British Museum. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}{7}{8}
