Full Description

Former schoolmaster's house. Two storey red brick building in Flemish Bond, under a pitchced gabled roof of slate. Two large gable stacks. The gabled porch has a decorative finial, two string courses below the eaves, and brick corbelling on the gable shoulders. The front elevation has three bays, with modern replacement uPVC casement windows. {1} Built as a schoolmaster's house in association with the neighbouring school building (MLI126563) in 1848. {2} It is unclear when the building ceased to be used as a teacher's residence.
