Full Description

Whilst not included in the detailed programme of historic building recording of the former stable block to the east (see PRN 49549), the former bakery was briefly described in November 2016. The building probably dates back to the late 18th century, with later additions on the north and south sides, and is likely contemporary with the old mill house and the stable block. The original building is constructed out of rough stone, while the additions are constructed out of a mixture of rough stone and coursed red brick. The roof is pitched and covered with pantiles. The bakery has now been converted into a holiday cottage. {1}{2}
