Partney Memorial Victory Hall was built as the parish's war memorial in 1921. The building stands on Skegness Road, next to the Church of St Nicholas. The hall was built as a timber-frame asbestos structure on the site of a First World War German prisoner of war compound. It was built to commemorate those who fought in the First World War. In 1986, a brick structure with a concrete roof was built, encapsulating the original building.
