Full Description

Standing on the village green, Nettleham war memorial is an 11ft (3m) tall obelisk surmounted with a small cross made from Hopton Wood stone. Unveiled in 1920, the memorial now honours the war dead of both the First World War and the Second World War. The memorial was sculpted by Mr Arthur Howson of Lincoln. {1}
