Full Description
Faldingworth commemorated those who fought in the First World War with a memorial hall, opened in 1920. The hall was formerly a YMCA hut and was built next to the Methodist Church on High Street. The hall extended in 1970, and again 1986. The original timber boarding has been clad in brickwork and standard joinery doors and windows have been installed. At the same time interlocking concrete roof tiles were introduced. M. Credland lists the memorial as including Buslingthorpe. {1}
