Full Description

Donington on Bain war memorial stands in the churchyard of the Church of St Andrew, overlooking the Main Street. It is thought to have been unveiled in early 1920, although no record of the ceremony survives. The memorial commemorates those who died in the First World War. It consists of a rusticated granite cross with a pedestal base, standind 8ft (2.5m) high. {1}
