Full Description

A very small 16th century brick house, converted into a pair of cottages and much mutilated architecturally, with a modern addition in front. {1}{2}{3} Manor House, Algarkirk. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {4}
