Full Description
A former station house, ticket office and goods shed for Eastville Railway Station, which was opened in October 1848, and was closed to all traffic in 1964. The main office building is of two storeys, with several single-storey additions to the south-western side, which connect the office to the two-storey former goods shed. The buildings are all of red brick, and orginally featured roofs of pitched slate with long protruding eaves to the station office, although the coverings have since been replaced with tiles. The building is now in use as a council depot. {1}{2}
