Full Description
A pit of unknown date was recorded in this location in June 2012, during archaeological monitoring of new development on land at Camel Gate / Marsh Road, Spalding. A quantity of fired clay fragments were recovered from the fills of the pit, although these were largely undiagnostic and could not be dated. {1}{2}
