A burial ground is located to the immediate south of the Friends Meeting House at 53 Westlode Street. It was opened at the same time that the original meeting house was built, in 1698 (see MLI94262). The iron railings and gates to Double Street are thought to be contemporary with the construction of the current meeting house in 1805, although they are set on modern dwarf walls of brick. {1}{2}{3}
