Full Description
Branston war memorial is made from Portland stone and stands at the crossroads between Silver Street and High Street. It resembles Sir Reginald Bloomfield's Cross of Sacrifice which is seen in British and Commonwealth cemeteries throughout the world. It sits on concrete foundations and has three steps leading up to it. The memorial is dedicated to those who served in the First World War and those who died in the Second World War. It stands in a small garden area. {1}
