Full Description
Earthworks of probable medieval ridge and furrow, identified on aerial photographs by the National Mapping Programme. {1}
Further traces of the ridge and furrow were identified in June and October 2011, during magnetometry survey along selected parts of the proposed Covenham Water Treatment Works to Boston Transfer pipeline. The remains were identified as a series of parallel linear magnetic anomalies, aligned on a roughly north-east to south-west axis. {2}{3}
